Tutoring is teaching. We hold our tutors to the same standards a parent would expect from any school — QTS qualified, classroom experience, DBS checked, with the evidence to back it up.
Our standards
Every tutor who teaches under the Clearmark name must meet the same standards:
- QTS-qualified, with classroom teaching experience
- Enhanced DBS checked
- Trained on the Clearmark approach — diagnostic assessment, personalised learning plan, half-termly progress reports
- Specialism in their subject area, with evidence of results
